A Garden is a Living Canvas

I apply landscaping and design concepts to my gardening. Design concepts taken from the art world. The above original painting was given to me by the Russian artist Vasily Myazin, as a gift, in the 1990's, when I directed the Dittmar Memorial Gallery. His art reflects the great masters of painting. His art is versatile, virtuoso, prolific, elegant and inspiring. Give him his props while this National Treasure is with us . . . he will surely get them when he's gone (Ricardo Frazer, Director, Dittmar Memorial Gallery, Northwestern University, 1992-1999).
