Good Sleep is Good Medicine

Shut Eye Ricardo Amando

Mantric Affirmation for Sleep, Restful, Repose, and Revivifying Refreshment By Charles Page

Instructions: Conduct the following chant several times on wakening after restless sleep.  Burn the written nemesis of “sleepless, restless night.”  Put the ashes in vinegar-soda bath water.  Wash it away and let it go down the drain.

Finish with: “It is done.  Amandla Aum.”

In the chanting of this, I am given Mind, Power, Concentration, and Protection.  Through this mantra I harness strength, health, repose, rest, safe-sleep, good dreams, and wonderful awakening.  Om Shanti . . . Shanti Om.

From the outer external limit of things, take me to the deep interior of the heart.  From the hustle and bustle of the mundane, bring the serene tranquil peace of the Divine.  Open me to the rest and bliss of beatitude.  Grant me entrance to the realm of quiet still serenity.  Put the pulse and rhythm of Most High Sanified Holiness in my heartbeat and veins’ lifeblood.  Inspire me to lay down in the faith, trust, and hope of health and prosperity.  Waken me to ascend to the height of heavenly happiness.  Grant me this in Truth.  Find in me the reception and acceptance of these and all other graces and gifts of THEE, O Divine Deity.  Om Shanti Shanti Om.  Shanti . . . Shanti Om. . . Amen Ashe Amandla Aum.

With the sun do I rise and awaken. Fresh and re-fueled am I after the restful repose of deep sleep.  Grateful am I for the rest. Appreciative of refreshing sojourn in the realm of peace and quiet.  I am ready and able to be creative and productive this new day.  I give thanks and express gladness for Divinity’s sweet gift to me, Amen.

All noxious, nefarious, deleterious vibes are hereby banished ne’er to return.  They are extinguished, obliterated, nullified, and terminated.  I hereby claim my relaxation, rest, revivification, revitalization, and refreshed repose in deep sleep.  Ashe Ashe Ashe Amandla Aum.
